Glen
Valley Artichoke Farms is a family-run business that supplies some
of the best restaurants in the region, as well as selling direct through farmers' markets, with fresh artichokes and other vegetables.
Located
in the Glen Valley area of British Columbia, just a short hop from
Vancouver, we grow six acres worth of various varieties of artichokes
-- from our personal favourite, Imperial
Star, to the ever-popular Green
Globe. And we're always trying out new varieties!
Not
only do we sell in bulk to stores and restaurants, but we also cater
to individual artichoke-lovers at the BC
Farmers' Markets we attend throughout the summer.

Although
we specialise in artichokes, we also grow many other vegetables,
including jalapeno peppers... the wonderful poblano
peppers... various types of squash...
kale... green beans... tomatillos...
