Preserved Products
We've
been planning to launch our own range of preserved products for a
while, and in the summer of 2007 we finally did it! It
took a while to source the right packaging partners and to get the
recipes just right. But it was worth it as we're very happy with
the end result.
We
now offer jars of preserved artichokes (the only ones grown and preserved in Canada), jalapeno and banana pepper slices, jalapeno and banana pepper jelly, artichoke relish and sauerkraut.
